  • Avoid: Raw vegetables, cold or frozen foods, and dry, light snacks.
  • Tips: Eat regular meals at consistent times and sip warm water throughout the day.

Lifestyle

  • Routine: Maintain a regular daily schedule for eating, sleeping, and working to provide stability.
  • Warmth: Stay warm by dressing in layers, taking warm baths, and using heated oils for massage (abhyanga).
  • Exercise: Choose gentle, grounding exercises like yoga, Tai Chi, walking, and swimming. Avoid over-exertion.
  • Calming activities: Practice meditation, deep breathing, and spend time in nature to manage Vata's tendency toward anxiety and restlessness.
